Responsible advertisement for cosmetics

Following the new Regulation, and in order to prevent any restrictive measures on communication, the European association of cosmetic industry Cosmetics Europe implemented a series of programs to improve the image of the cosmetic sector as far as advertisement and claims are concerned.

Among the projects, the recent publication of a Charter and a guideline on responsible advertising and marketing communication, with the aim of reinforcing a responsible approach to cosmetic advertising at European level by  a greater self-discipline and a series of indispensable principles.
